After nearly 15 years in Law Enforcement, I decided to get my foot in the door and establish a retirement career as I feel it's always best to be prepared and, therefore, have a seamless transfer. Real estate, home sales, and the real estate market were always an interest of mine, so I became licensed in late Spring 2015. I thought it would be a part-time hobby and I might be lucky to make a sale or two by the end of the year, but I was able to transact 5 sales in my first year. I followed that with 19 home sales in my first full year, 2016. I thoroughly enjoy bonding with buyers and the differences and challenges that every transaction brings. I feel that my experiences in Law Enforcement, i.e., people skills and staying cool during times of stress, have translated well to the demands of real estate sales. In Spring of 2021, I made the difficult decision to hang up my law enforcement career and I am now calling real estate my career. I am happy to assist clients, whether homebuyers or sell, as well as asset managers/companies, and their investors, achieve the goal at hand.
